Pauline graduated from the University of Dundee in 2015 with First Class Honours in Law with French having completed an Erasmus Exchange at Université Grenoble Alpes. She commenced her training contract with Tughans in 2016 and qualified into the Dispute Resolution team in September 2018. In 2022, Pauline completed a Diploma in Insurance Law with the Law Society of Ireland Diploma Centre and was awarded the prize for the course.
Pauline is dual qualified (Northern Ireland/Republic of Ireland) and advises clients on health & safety and insurance matters including the defence of motor, public and employers’ liability claims in both jurisdictions. She has a breadth of experience in advising on claims involving credit hire, fraud, catastrophic injuries and property damage. Pauline regularly advises clients on all aspects of health & safety investigations and regulatory prosecutions.
Pauline is a member of the FOIL Sector Focus Team on NI Credit Hire and is also a FOIL Champion. She is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and sits on the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
