Tughans has advised Foresight Group on its £3.5 million investment into Little Rays Limited, a Northern Ireland nursery group.

 

The investment supports Little Rays’ growth plans and will enable the business to progress its next phase of expansion. Tughans advised the shareholders on all legal aspects of the transaction from initial negotiations through to completion.
