Tughans LLP has advised Broadlake on its acquisition of shares in Diverse Diagnostics, a transaction which further expands Broadlake’s investment activity in the healthcare sector.

 

The acquisition brings together Diverse Diagnostics’ clinical expertise and patient-focused model with Broadlake’s long-term investment vision, supporting the business on its next stage of development.

 

Founded and led by Dr Jagdish Basra, Diverse Diagnostics is a specialist, psychiatry-led private provider of ADHD, autism and mental health assessments, supporting adults, children and families across the UK and Ireland.

 

The Tughans team was led by Corporate Partner John McGuckian and included Brendan Donnelly, Joshua Hunter, Jack Balmer, Paul Eastwood and Caitlin Burns.
