Tughans has successfully advised the shareholders of CTS Projects, a Newry-based provider of property maintenance services to over 65,000 properties across the island of Ireland, on their sale to Cardo Group.

The acquisition enhances with Cardo Group’s growth strategy to expand its footprint and enhance its capabilities in delivering high-quality maintenance services both across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
