Tughans has advised Production Equipment Europe on its acquisition of Lancaster-based Connect 2 Cleanrooms and Cleanroomshop, an established provider of cleanroom products and services.

 

The acquisition strengthens Production Equipment Europe’s presence in the UK market and adds specialist cleanroom capabilities to its international industrial distribution operations.

 

Production Equipment Europe is an Irish-owned multinational industrial distribution company, operating across Ireland, the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, Mexico and the USA. The company serves customers across the electronics, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical device and semiconductor manufacturing sectors.
