Tughans were pleased to advise Redball Global Partners LLC (Nick Giannotti and Eric Perez) on its recent acquisition of a 50% shareholding in Larne FC from Kenny Bruce (among others).

 

The team at Tughans LLP was led by John McGuckian with support from Brendan Donnelly and the firm’s resident lifelong Larne fan Joshua Hunter, with Joe Moore working on the Real Estate elements.

The transaction once again shows the firm’s expertise in advising North American clients on activity within Northern Ireland.
