Tughans advises Biller Genie on strategic Northern Ireland investment

We were pleased to assist Thomas Aronica and his team at Biller Genie as they expanded their presence into Northern Ireland.

Our Corporate team advised across governance, contractual, employment and property-related matters, supporting Biller Genie in establishing its new Belfast operation.

The company’s investment, which is expected to create approximately 100 high-value roles over the next three years, further reflects the continued growth of Northern Ireland’s technology sector. The calibre of the positions, with an average salary of around £65,000, demonstrates the region’s ability to attract and support international technology businesses.

The investment was recently featured by BBC News – https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c93x2zdd422o

The transaction was supported by our Corporate, Contracts and Technology & Employment teams, including John McGuckian, Brendan Donnelly, Adrian O’Connell, Paul Eastwood, Jack Balmer and Adam Lynch.

We are pleased to have supported Biller Genie on this strategic investment and look forward to seeing the continued growth and impact of their Belfast operations.
