Tughans LLP has advised Clubworld Travel on its acquisition by Club Travel, a transaction that brings together established travel businesses operating across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and further strengthens Club Travel’s presence across the island.

 

Clubworld Travel operates a network of seven branches across Northern Ireland and has built a longstanding presence in the regional travel market. Following completion of the transaction, the business will continue to trade under the Clubworld Travel brand, with its existing branch network and team remaining in place.
